It's a Dublin Dog collar. 100% waterproof, no more dirty, wet, musty collars, and it's stylish! My mom got it at our favorite local pet shop in Alameda, Dog Bone Alley - they are Pit Bull friendly, have great products ... and they always give me treats! My New Collar
